Waiting For The Tide
It's been three days with little movement, and I'm growing impatient. Each time I come closer to my goal, it seems to slip away again. Only five pounds remain, and yet it seems like fifty.
This has been the most frustrating round so far: I've had four multi-day stalls during the last 25 days--a new record for me.
That being said, however, there are definite changes going on with my body composition, and although I'm not losing a lot of inches, things are definitely moving around. I can see changes in various areas; slight changes, but changes none the less. Perhaps this is a period of rearrangement...who knows?
Ten days left, and 4.8 pounds to go: is it doable? I'm certainly going to try!

Hey, .6 is a respectable loss! So YES, you will make your goal! No doubt in my mind...
Let's remember the story of the emaciated lady. She was the same weight to the ounce even tho she did 5 weeks on the protocol.
Why are we all so set on the number on the scale?
I have to agree with Biz ;) You might not realize it, but the hcg and diet are rearranging your body composition - no doubt! You can see it, don't lose faith. Your goal is definitely achievable.
