Stuck in the Mud....Day 4
Well, it's now day 4 of a classic set-point stall.
I knew there would be some amount of time to be paid at this classic set-point but, whoa Nellie, this is ridiculous! Four days at exactly the same weight, 187.4. The body really does have a memory.
This should be the last day, though, and then it's off to the races again.
I'm now solidly into 38s, and happy to put more clothes away into storage, and yet...I'm itching to get lower. My basic body shape has not really changed, there's just less of it. I know I'll need to get much lower to see the kind of changes I want.
The good news is that it's just a matter of time until that happens. Stay on protocol, and it will happen. Patience...
Thanks to Monica, "maybejustme", and Jennifer for the kind comments--it's great to be on this journey with you.
Enjoy the day!

Marshall, you are going through what Paul was going through last week. Just be patient and if you want- try upping your protein and cut out a fruit(it seems to help break a stall)!
That's great about the 38's-Ed always says how nice it is to not to have to buy clothes from the "husky section!"
The hardest part about P2 is getting through the days and being patient...oh my!
Okay, here's to you breaking the stall Marshall and to those 38’s getting too big to wear!
I dont think what you are doing is right for your body!
