R2 VLCD Day 22

All Is Right With The World...

...well, at least in my little corner of it, anyway.

My wife is back, I'm back on track on the protocol, and it's the weekend, so it's a good day no matter how you look at it, even if it is cold, windy and rainy.

Nothing new to report on the weight loss front, so this will be a short post. I'm really looking forward to getting out of the 180s and down into the 170s. I've got two boxes of clothes waiting on the floor to try on when I get to my goal---a whole new wardrobe that hasn't seen the light of day for many years. It's really weird to get into one size of clothing, get it all set up in the closet, use it for two weeks, then notice that they're just not fitting well anymore, and you'll need to go down another size soon. What a happy dilemma!
